Abstracts

The congress runs a full peer-review track: authors submit an abstract to one of ten topics, from machine learning and computer vision to AI ethics and governance, choosing oral or poster presentation.

Each submission is scored by two or three topic-matched reviewers against weighted criteria, with conflict-of-interest checks at assignment. Decisions are accept, revise or reject; revised versions return to the same reviewers where possible.

Accepted work appears in the programme: oral presentations run in two dedicated sessions with a countdown clock, and posters stand in two afternoon poster sessions. Camera-ready files are collected ahead of the congress and published on the session pages.

Submission for 2026 is closed and decisions have been sent. For questions about your submission, reach the scientific secretariat through the contact form.
